The design involves an elegant silhouette with mirror-polished chrome and nickel plating on a bronze corpus. The result is a stunning sculpture of the finest quality possible.
A NAME TO STAND BY
The 2021 redesign of the ABOUT YOU Award ditches the previous name tag, attached to the side of the awards, in favor of a hidden insignia. The awardee's name is engraved on a jet-cut trapeze, fashioned from thick, brushed stainless steel, serving as the foot of the sculpture. The resulting shadow gap creates the illusion of a hovering award, adding to its already striking character.
